Tena Koutou, I am the General Manager at Hospitality Supply Company and bring to the team 20+ years of experience in Restaurant, Hotel, Onsite and Offsite catering, Food and Beverage Management both nationally and internationally.
There are two main reasons I love working for Hospitality Supply Company:
First up, as a chef by trade, my passion has always been to provide excellence in customer service. In my current role, I can use my experience in the Hospitality industry to work with our customers not as a sale person but as a consultant to help find solutions for their equipment needs.
Second, I get to work in the amazing Tai Tokerau / Northland region with an amazing team of industry professionals working to support our local customers towards success.

From pouring my first pint fresh off the plane from NZ in the UK in 1998 to running my first pub for Bass Breweries within 18 months, I quickly learned that I enjoyed the interaction with people and the surrounding communities. On returning to NZ some 10 years and many management placements later, we settled in Northland in The Bay of Islands with its busy bars and restaurants. In such a setting, I was soon lured back into the industry. After opening and running some successful cafes and restaurants, Hospitality Supply Company approached me to become their Northland Rep.
This was a natural progression for me, and I enjoy the interactions with the owners, chefs, and staff of our communities. Working for Hospitality Supply Company gives me the opportunity to assist our industry in a positive way to make Northland a place that people want to visit with our culture, great food and surroundings.

Hi, I’m Deb and I have worked in Hospitality for most of my life. I started out by washing dishes, and from there I’ve cooked in hotels, small restaurants, and cafes. I’ve worked in catering,and I have also been a café owner. I have worked in Hospitality equipment sales for 17yrs, so I have the experience and the knowledge to help you with your equipment requirements.
I love the people aspect of my job. My customers are an amazing bunch of incredible people and the team here at HSC are so supportive of each other and of our customers.
