Our relationship with Colin Ashton, executive chef of Plough and Feather first started many years ago when he was the owner/operator of the well know Kerikeri establishment, Food at Wharepuke. This lead us to be invited to be involved with the new development of the Plough and Feather, owned by Kainui Vineyard & Brewery. We supplied full kitchen fit out along with designer crockery, enhancing the visual appeal of the food.
Stage 2, in December 2021 was the construction of the pizza kitchen where we supplied a customized woodfired gas assisted pizza oven, along with all required equipment for the pizza kitchen.
